Nathan Buckley Debuts New Partner Kate Dickins at Exclusive AFL Event

AFL legend Nathan Buckley, 54, and his new partner, restaurateur Kate Dickins, made a glamorous public appearance at the Carji Greeves Medal event in Melbourne on Thursday night. The couple, who are reportedly dating and have been for several months, posed together for photographs, with Buckley placing his arm around Dickins.

Buckley wore a navy suit for the occasion, while Dickins was seen in an electric blue gown with a thigh-high split. Dickins is known in Melbourne's culinary scene as the owner of the restaurant Ciao Cielo.

This event marks Buckley's first public appearance with Dickins since his previous relationship with Brodie Ryan ended. Buckley and Ryan announced their separation in 2025 after a three-year romance. In a joint statement posted on social media, they expressed gratitude for their time together and mutual respect.

Ryan had previously shared that she and Buckley connected over similar upbringings, despite a 17-year age gap, and that they inspired each other. Their relationship began in 2022.

Buckley's relationship with Ryan followed his divorce from Tania in December 2020, after 18 years of marriage. They share two sons, Jett and Ayce.
