Nadiya Bychkova, a professional dancer on 'Strictly Come Dancing,' recently shared images from her vacation in the South of France, where she is accompanied by her daughter, Mila. The photos posted on Instagram show Bychkova in swimwear, enjoying cocktails and the beach.
Bychkova, 36, also provided insights into her healthy eating habits, which she maintains alongside her training regimen. Her typical daily diet includes Greek yogurt with berries and honey or eggs with avocado on sourdough for breakfast. Lunch often consists of grilled chicken or salmon with a large salad or vegetables, while for dinner, she opts for meat or fish with vegetables and a healthy carbohydrate such as sweet potato, quinoa, or buckwheat.
Snacks during training can include protein shakes, yogurt, or cottage cheese. For a sweet treat, Bychkova sometimes has a few squares of dark chocolate. Her beverage intake is generally limited, with champagne reserved for special occasions. She primarily drinks water, coffee in the morning, and peppermint tea before bed.
Bychkova was among several long-standing professional dancers not included in the 'Strictly Come Dancing' lineup earlier in the year. She has since indicated discussions with producers about returning to the show in a different capacity, potentially choreographing professional numbers. Speaking to Hello! magazine, she expressed her passion for choreography and a desire to see her own creations featured on the series.
In addition to potential 'Strictly' involvement, Bychkova is reportedly in advanced talks to appear on the ITV show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!,' having reportedly impressed the network's executives.
