Mysterious Black Triangles Spotted Over Secret US Military Bases, Declassified Files Reveal
Unidentified objects moving at extreme speeds and without heat signatures have raised national security concerns.
Mysterious black triangle objects, capable of speeds up to 1,800 miles per hour and leaving no vapor trails, were observed over secret U.S. military bases on at least three occasions within the past year, according to a newly declassified set of government files on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). The sightings, which occurred over sensitive locations where the U.S. government tests new technology, have sparked national security concerns.
The exact dates and locations of these sightings have been redacted for security reasons. Sketches released by the government depict the objects as black, triangle-shaped, and featureless, with no discernible seams, exhaust ports, or control surfaces. Observers noted the objects moved at a speed estimated at 1,800 mph, covering 1.5 miles in three seconds.
Further complicating the mystery, the objects emitted no sound and registered a consistent heat signature when scanned with thermal devices, unlike conventional aircraft or drones which typically exhibit localized heat sources. One Department of War memo described an object as having a "continuous (seamless), featureless surface lacking any discernible structural discontinuities, propulsive apertures, intake structures, aerodynamic control effectors, or cockpit features."
Government officials have expressed skepticism about the objects being American technology and have also questioned whether they represent a foreign asset, given the lack of any known nation possessing such advanced capabilities. The primary witnesses involved in these encounters reported no adverse physiological effects, such as disorientation or nausea.
The release of these files is part of the Trump administration's initiative to increase transparency regarding UAP encounters. This marks the seventh tranche of documents made public, with more expected to follow. Previous releases have documented other alleged UAP sightings but have not provided definitive proof of extraterrestrial life.
In addition to the triangle sightings, the latest file dump also includes information related to the controversial Skinwalker Ranch in Utah, a site known for purported UFO sightings and paranormal activity. Documents detail the collection of hair samples from the ranch in 2010, following a report of a "skinwalker" being chased on the property. DNA analysis was conducted on these samples.
The files also contain information on unidentified sightings near California's Catalina Island and a 1960s NASA document concerning procedures for handling space fragments.
