NFL player Myles Garrett has listed his Cleveland-area home for $2.1 million, approximately one month after his trade from the Cleveland Browns to the Los Angeles Rams was confirmed. Garrett originally purchased the property in November 2018 for $1.3 million.
The 4,300-square-foot home, located on a two-acre property in Wadsworth, Ohio, features five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The property includes a gated entryway, a detached four-car garage with a finished upper level, and a custom walk-in closet. The interior of the home contains numerous mementos from Garrett's nine seasons with the Browns, including NFL jerseys and images of himself on the field.
Inside, the residence features a custom gym with high-end equipment, a bar area, and a movie theater. The main level includes an open-plan kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a spacious island, which flows into the main living area. The primary suite boasts a spa-inspired bathroom and a large custom closet.
Garrett, the first overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, spent his entire Browns career in Cleveland, earning Defensive Player of the Year honors twice. He recently closed on a new home in Hidden Hills, California, reportedly for $23 million. His move to the Rams was part of a trade that sent linebacker Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick, a 2028 second-round pick, and a 2029 third-round pick to Cleveland. Garrett's restructured five-year contract with the Rams is valued at approximately $208.2 million.
