Myleene Klass Shows Off Abs in LA Amidst Personal Health Revelations

Myleene Klass, 48, recently shared photos on Instagram from her trip to Los Angeles, where she was working on a campaign for Skechers. The presenter posted images of herself by a pool, wearing a red bikini top, denim shorts, a white baseball cap, and grey headphones, alongside white and pink Skechers.

This trip followed a personal health concern Klass disclosed last month. She urged women to perform self-checks after discovering two lumps in her breast while attending Wimbledon in June. Klass detailed her experience on Instagram, explaining that she felt a lump when she casually folded her arms and subsequently found a second one. The subsequent days involved tests, resulting in the identification of three cysts and three lymph nodes. Although she received an all-clear, Klass described the waiting period as a time that prompted her to re-evaluate her life priorities.

She also mentioned that close friends are going through similar experiences, which she found sobering and terrifying. Klass, who has openly discussed past miscarriages, noted that the ultrasound experience was challenging. She encouraged women to check themselves and seek second opinions, crediting a medical professional for assisting her quickly.

Klass's personal revelations come as her close friend and fellow presenter, Lauren Laverne, recently announced her diagnosis with a rare blood and bone marrow disorder. This follows Laverne's previous battle with cancer, for which she received an all-clear in November after being diagnosed in August 2024. Laverne had previously shared her anxieties about developing cancer, particularly after losing her mother to the disease in 2022, and credited early detection through regular testing.

Reflecting on her post-cancer life, Laverne stated that she appreciates life more and that significant experiences contribute to personal growth. She noted that going through difficult times expands one's emotional capacity and expressed hope of being a better person as a result.
