Myleene Klass Attends Sky Arts Awards Amidst Hear'Say Reunion Snub
The presenter cited a busy schedule for her absence from the group's anniversary tour, while attending a high-profile event.
Myleene Klass recently attended the 2026 Sky Arts Awards, a significant event in her busy schedule, which she has previously attributed to her decision to opt out of a Hear'Say reunion tour. The singer is the sole member not participating in the group's anniversary tour, which also features Liberty X.
Klass appeared at the Sky Arts Awards in a blue satin gown with a fringed overlay, just hours after hosting Classic FM Live. She was among notable attendees including Anita Rani, Arlene Phillips, and Vic Reeves. The awards ceremony was hosted by Grayson Perry and Rebecca Lucy Taylor, also known as Self Esteem.
Members of Hear'Say commented on Klass's absence from the 25-year reunion tour on the television program This Morning. Kym, another member, expressed that while it was a "shame" Klass could not join due to timing and her commitments, the opportunity for the remaining members was too significant to pass up.
Klass herself addressed the situation on Loose Women, stating that her bandmates had been supportive and included her in discussions. She explained that her current schedule did not allow for the commitment, emphasizing her dedication to her existing work.
Social media reactions to Klass's decision have been divided, with some fans suggesting she views the tour as beneath her, while others urged her to remember her origins. Regarding the reunion's feasibility, Kym noted that the primary challenge was coordinating the tour with their respective "day jobs," a logistical hurdle also acknowledged by Ben Shephard in relation to family commitments. Noel revealed that an earlier attempt at a reunion for their 20th anniversary had not been viable, making the 25th anniversary a more opportune moment.
Previous reunions of groups like Atomic Kitten, Five, Blue, B*Witched, and The Pussycat Dolls have occurred, though the current Hear'Say and Liberty X tour is generating notable interest.
Despite her absence from the tour, Klass spoke fondly of her time in Hear'Say on Loose Women, affirming her positive relationships with her former bandmates and acknowledging the band's significant role in her career and personal development. She did not entirely rule out future involvement with Hear'Say, humorously remarking on the possibility of attending their shows and questioning her own memory of the lyrics.
"I would say never say never about anything," Klass stated, though she also expressed a general disinclination towards revisiting the past. Reports have also surfaced suggesting that a past rift between Kym and Klass may persist more than two decades later.
