Patrick Spencer, the Member of Parliament for Central Suffolk and North Ipswich, has been found not guilty of two counts of sexual assault. A jury at Southwark Crown Court delivered the verdict on Tuesday after deliberating for over seven hours.

Spencer, 38, had been accused of touching the breasts of two women on separate occasions in August 2023 at London's Groucho Club. He denied the charges.

Following the verdicts, Spencer was seen embracing his wife. The jury, composed of eight men and four women, reached their decision after six hours and six minutes of deliberation.
