The mother of a 13-year-old girl who has been missing for six days has made an emotional plea for her safe return. Lillia, from Bolton, Greater Manchester, was last seen on Saturday at the Trafford Centre shopping mall.
Police believe she boarded a bus to nearby Altrincham at approximately 1:50 p.m. BST, but her exact stopping point is unknown. In a statement read by an officer at a press conference, her mother, Jessica, expressed her deep concern. "Lil, I love you so much. My heart is breaking without you here. I need to know you are safe. We all need you back home safe and well," she said.
Ch Supt Helen Critchley of Greater Manchester Police reinforced the message, stating, "Lillia, if you see this appeal, please know your family love you, miss you and just want to know that you are safe. You are not in any trouble, they simply want you to come home."
Lillia was reported missing from Bolton on Friday. The search efforts are ongoing, with authorities continuing to seek any information that could lead to her safe recovery.
