Mossimo Giannulli Seeks Spousal Support in Divorce from Lori Loughlin
Fashion designer files response to actress's divorce petition, differing on prenuptial agreement and spousal support terms.
Mossimo Giannulli has filed his response to Lori Loughlin's request for a divorce after 28 years of marriage. Giannulli, 63, submitted documents to the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, stating his desire to dissolve the marriage for the same reason as Loughlin, 62: "irreconcilable differences."
Loughlin initially filed for divorce last month, requesting that their properties, assets, and debts be divided according to a prenuptial agreement signed before their November 1997 wedding. She also asked that spousal support be determined at a later date and that Giannulli cover her legal fees.
However, Giannulli's filing did not mention a prenup. Instead, he requested the court to determine if spousal support should be paid to either party upon request, and if one party should contribute to the other's fees. He also left the "date of separation" field blank, while Loughlin had listed August 31, 2025.
