Montana Cox Confirms Pregnancy with Louie Abdullah

Australian model Montana Cox has confirmed long-standing pregnancy rumors, revealing she and her partner Louie Abdullah are expecting their first child. Cox, 32, shared a social media photo showcasing her baby bump, confirming the news after weeks of speculation.

Cox debuted the first signs of her pregnancy earlier in June at the launch of Rodd & Gunn's limited-edition AFL capsule collection in Melbourne. She is expecting the child with Abdullah, the founder of the Salad Days chain of eateries. The couple has largely kept their relationship private.

The model's pregnancy speculation intensified after she was seen with a noticeable baby bump during a trip to Europe with model Tahnee Atkinson. Cox previously gained widespread recognition as a contestant on Australia's Next Top Model in 2011. Following her modeling career, she took on acting roles, joining the cast of the Australian soap opera Neighbours. Her character, Britney Barnes, was written off the show prior to its cancellation and did not return for its revival.

Cox had previously spoken about contracting COVID-19 twice, which contributed to her decision to return to Australia from New York City in September 2021. During lockdown following her return, she focused on honing her acting abilities.
