Molly-Mae Hague Expresses Shame Over Poor Diet and Concerns for Daughter

Molly-Mae Hague has voiced concerns about her dietary habits, admitting to a "shameful" diet and a fear of setting a poor example for her daughter, Bambi, aged three. In a recent YouTube vlog, the 27-year-old reality television personality confessed that her eating patterns stem from "pure laziness" and that she "doesn't eat proper vegetables."

Hague, who is also mother to four-month-old son Midas with partner Tommy Fury, discussed her lifestyle choices and her recurring attempts to change them. She stated that she often finds herself falling short of her intentions to adopt healthier habits.

"It's one thing about me that like you guys probably don't even realize it's just not good," Hague said, referring to her personal health. "Like I don't I really really don't take care of my body in the way I should."

She described a pattern of consuming "crap but like in small amounts" and admitted to snacking throughout the day rather than preparing full meals. "I never ever properly cook for myself anymore," she added.

Hague shared an instance where she ate sausage and mash, noting her consumption of sweetcorn and broccoli. She reiterated her avoidance of vegetables and proper nutrients, attributing it to laziness. "This is pure laziness because I couldn't bother to get a jug out," she explained, referring to serving gravy from a mug.

"Honestly, guys, like I am really really ashamed of just my lifestyle in terms of diet," Hague stated.

Despite her resolve to improve, Hague revealed a cycle of failed attempts. "I wake up every morning. I'm like I I'm like today's going to be the day... Today's going to be the day I'm going to make a change. And it just I don't make the change and I know that I can," she said. She acknowledged watching inspirational content online from individuals who have transformed their lifestyles but finds herself making excuses.

Separately, Hague revealed that her £3.8 million fully furnished mansion in Cheshire remains unoccupied despite rental offers. She purchased the six-bedroom property in April 2022 and has been using it occasionally as a "content house" for the past year.

Hague expressed reluctance to sell the home, describing it as "too special." She has declined rental proposals, finding them "not worth it" and stating that the "idea of having people living here is really scary."

She and her family have since moved into a new £5 million Victorian mansion. Regarding the unoccupied Cheshire home, Hague mentioned she "might always keep" it and allowed viewers a tour in her vlog.

"So, just some context. I still own this house. This house is still our house, but it's empty because obviously we're at the new house now but I'm not really sure what my plan is with this house," she explained.

Hague elaborated that she returned to the property for a content shoot requiring clean backgrounds. "And that was kind of my whole, when I left this house, I thought I can always still go back if we need to like film content," she said.

She concluded that keeping it solely as a content house is "ridiculous" and that it is too meaningful to retain for that purpose alone. Hague is undecided about its future, having recently withdrawn from a rental agreement because the financial return after tax did not seem worthwhile. "I don't really know what my plan is. But for me at the minute, like I'd rather have no one in it than someone in it that may not appreciate it and when it doesn't even really feel that worth it," she stated.
