Model Barbara Rahal Weds in Lavish Sicilian Ceremony After Five Engagements

Sydney model Barbara Rahal has married Italian businessman Davide Zummo in a lavish, multi-day wedding celebration in Sicily. The nuptials, which took place this weekend, follow five engagements for Rahal, including two to the same man.

The pair chose the sun-soaked Italian island as the backdrop for their wedding, with festivities spanning three days and a series of carefully planned events. The ceremony took place at the historic Cattedrale di Monreale, with guests advised on dress codes and conduct. Saturday's ceremony required black tie, with men instructed to wear black tuxedos and women asked to don floor-length evening gowns. Guests were also reminded to ensure their shoulders and décolletage were appropriately covered for the religious service.
