Missé Beqiri has spoken candidly about the emotional difficulties she has faced as a single mother to her eight-year-old daughter, River, since the death of her ex-partner, Jake Hall.

Hall, a personality from the reality television series TOWIE, died in May at the age of 35 from fatal injuries sustained when he broke his head through a glass door at a villa in Mallorca. Beqiri, a star of The Real Housewives Of Cheshire, shared River with Hall. She emphasized that while his death is profoundly sad, her primary concern is for his family and their child.

Beqiri revealed in an interview with The ARCADIA Online that the responsibility of being both parents to River is a daunting prospect. "It's scary, because it is all on me; I am both parents to her," she stated. The pair had dated for five years and were previously engaged, though they separated in 2021. Despite their relationship's end, they maintained a co-parenting relationship.

This is not the first tragedy Beqiri has experienced. Seven years ago, her brother, Flamur Beqiri, also known as Alex, was fatally shot on Christmas Eve. Recounting the grief, she expressed to The Sun, "How is this happening to me again?" She has been processing these losses while raising her daughter.

On Father's Day, Beqiri shared a tribute on social media to both Hall and her brother, acknowledging them as fathers, sons, and brothers. She posted a photograph of the two men together, writing about her gratitude for them and the joy they brought. She also shared a video of herself dancing with River and Hall.

Jake Hall gained prominence on TOWIE in 2015 and was a regular on the show until 2017. His death at 35, following an accident at a holiday villa in Majorca, where he had spent part of his childhood, left many in disbelief.

Following Hall's death, his family organized an immersive celebration of his life, featuring exhibitions of his art and a tribute to his fashion career. His family also announced the formation of The Choose Everything Foundation in his memory, with proceeds directed towards the foundation and his daughter River. Speaking on behalf of the family, Jake's brother, Sonny, described the event as a send-off that reflected Hall's vibrant personality and vowed to continue his brother's mission through art and the foundation.
