Miranda Kerr Returns to the Runway After Nearly a Decade
The former Victoria's Secret model made a surprise appearance at Stella McCartney's Paris Fashion Week show, marking her first runway walk in almost ten years.
Miranda Kerr has made a surprise return to the runway, walking in Stella McCartney’s show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday. This appearance marks her first time on a catwalk in nearly a decade.
Kerr, 43, wore a seafoam green jersey dress with a knotted waist, hip cutouts, and oversized shoulder pads. Her hair was styled in a braided ponytail with minimal makeup.
This was Kerr's third runway appearance for McCartney. She previously walked for the designer in October 2011 and again in September 2013. She retired as a Victoria's Secret Angel in 2013. Her last runway appearance before Tuesday was for Moschino in June 2017.
Kerr was joined on the runway by other industry veterans, including Karlie Kloss, who is now a mother of three, and 52-year-old Amber Valletta. Valletta’s last runway walk was two and a half years prior to this event.
