Minka Kelly and Dan Reynolds Split After Nearly Four Years
The actress and Imagine Dragons frontman have reportedly ended their relationship after almost four years together.
Minka Kelly, 46, and Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds, 39, have ended their relationship after nearly four years, People reported. The couple, who made their red carpet debut in May, were first romantically linked in November 2022.
Reynolds had legally separated from his wife, Aja Volkman, three months prior to meeting Kelly. Reynolds and Volkman share four children: son Valentine, 6, twin daughters Gia James and Coco Rae, 9, and daughter Arrow, 14. Their divorce was finalized in 2024.
Kelly has previously been linked to Trevor Noah, Jesse Williams, Josh Radnor, Sean Penn, Wilmer Valderrama, Derek Jeter, John Mayer, Chris Evans, Donald Faison, and Taylor Kitsch.
The split comes after the couple made their first public red carpet appearance at the MOCA Gala in Los Angeles on May 30. They had previously attended Super Bowl LVIII in February 2024 and UFC 303 in June 2024.
Reynolds confirmed their romance in July 2024, discussing how their shared love for creative writing brought them closer. Kelly also posted a birthday tribute to Reynolds around the same time, describing him as a healer who embodied vulnerability. She had previously commented on their relationship in November 2025 on "TODAY with Jenna & Friends," stating, "I feel very lucky, he's a really good guy. He's the best."
Reynolds' band, Imagine Dragons, is scheduled to perform next in Abu Dhabi on December 5. The Grammy-winning band has a significant global following, with 55.2 million monthly listeners on Spotify and over 74 million albums sold worldwide.
