Milwaukee Brewers Celebrate World Series Title with Enthusiastic Parade
Outfielder Sal Frelick promises 100,000 beers, while coach Daniel Vogelbach leads karaoke session.
The Milwaukee Brewers marked their World Series victory with a jubilant parade and celebration on Friday, featuring enthusiastic remarks from players and a memorable karaoke performance. Outfielder Sal Frelick addressed the large crowd, promising to drink 100,000 beers in honor of the attendees.
"I’m going to have a beer for every single person here, I’m having 100,000 beers! Let’s go!" Frelick exclaimed during his speech. The celebration followed the team's championship win, with players expressing their camaraderie.
The festivities included hitting coach Daniel Vogelbach taking the stage for a karaoke rendition of Fountains of Wayne's "Stacy's Mom." Despite a less-than-perfect vocal performance, Vogelbach's singing was met with cheers and participation from the crowd and his teammates.
Earlier in the week, Frelick also participated in the Green Bay Packers game, performing the Lambeau Leap when the Commissioner's Trophy was presented. The team's celebration highlighted a strong sense of friendship and high spirits following their World Series accomplishment.
