Milwaukee Brewers Celebrate Historic World Series Win with Unforgettable Festivities

The Milwaukee Brewers are reveling in their first-ever World Series championship, embarking on a series of celebratory events that have left little time for rest. Following their Game 6 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays, the team brought the Commissioner's Trophy back to Milwaukee, marking a historic moment for the franchise and its fans.

Their post-championship festivities kicked off with a special appearance at Lambeau Field on Thursday night. The Brewers players walked onto the field during the "Thursday Night Football" game between the Green Bay Packers and the Carolina Panthers, receiving a thunderous ovation. Outfielder Sal Frelick embraced the tradition of the venue by performing the iconic Lambeau Leap into the stands, much to the delight of the crowd.

"Not at all," Brewers pitcher Jacob Misiorowski told Fox 6 when asked about sleep since the win. "We’re running on probably two, three hours." He added, "This is amazing, a lot of fun. It’s awesome to have this city behind us, and celebrate with us. It means a lot to these fans so it’s amazing. This is the pinnacle. This is what you play for."

The celebratory tour continued on Friday with a championship parade winding through the streets of Milwaukee. The route paid tribute to the city's beloved figures, including a stop at a mural of iconic announcer Bob Uecker. During the parade, players continued the festivities, with Misiorowski seen chugging a beer tossed from the sidewalk and outfielder Garrett Mitchell pausing to pose for a photo with a young fan.

William Contreras holds the Commissioner's Trophy at the Milwaukee Brewers World Series rally.
