Right-wing provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos has been deported from the United States, the Department of Homeland Security confirmed. ICE arrested the 41-year-old British national on August 28 at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in Kenner, Louisiana, and deported him to his home country the following day.
Yiannopoulos initially entered the U.S. legally in 2019. However, an immigration judge issued a final removal order for him on July 22. According to DHS, the agency reversed a policy that allowed individuals residing in the country illegally to travel domestically. The agency stated that under the current administration, those in the U.S. unlawfully will no longer be permitted to fly unless they are departing the country.
