Millie Mackintosh has moved into a new home, marking a significant personal milestone six months after admitting she was unsure if she would be okay following her split from Hugo Taylor. The former "Made in Chelsea" stars officially filed for divorce in early February, concluding seven years of marriage during which they had two daughters, Sienna, six, and Aurelia, four. Both Mackintosh and Taylor have appointed legal teams, with reports indicating a desire for a "clean break" while continuing to co-parent their children.
Mackintosh shared an emotional video on Instagram from the entrance of her new residence, accompanied by the caption, "Six months ago you didn't know you'd be ok. Today you got the keys to your new home." This move follows months after she revealed she was leaving the marital home she shared with her estranged husband. Last month, she posted a glimpse of her new living space, featuring a marble mantelpiece and a log-burning fire, writing, "Next chapter incoming... excited to make a new place my home."
The former couple had spent several months renovating their £5 million family home before their separation, often sharing project updates. Mackintosh reflected on the renovation in April 2025, noting the "time, energy and late nights" involved over the past year. She expressed pride in their work, stating, "When I look back to the early days — the plans, the moodboards, the dust (so much dust!), the endless decisions and all the highs and lows that come with a project like this — it honestly feels like a lifetime ago." She added that the renovation was at a stage where the focus was on "the little things. Filling the space with art, books and those pieces you pick up over time that make a house feel like home."
During this period of transition, Mackintosh also spoke about navigating "half term realities" with her daughters, including a train journey to her parents' home with their pet pug, Luna. She acknowledged occasional feelings of guilt about not working but reminded herself of the brevity of childhood. Mackintosh also emphasized self-care, noting the benefits of red light therapy and pug cuddles.
Mackintosh has maintained a consistent workout routine, which she credits with helping her feel "mentally and physically strong." Last week, she shared footage of her rigorous gym sessions, including bicep curls, leg presses, and tricep pulldowns. In a post accompanying a clip of her workout, she quipped, "Not for my health, Not for my future, Not to feel better.... Just so I can dress like a sl*t this summer," hinting at a more carefree approach to the upcoming season.
