Milk Makeup has introduced the Line + Fill Lip Liner and Lip Color, a two-in-one product designed to simplify makeup application and offer versatility for both daytime and evening looks. Retailing for approximately $22, the pencil combines the functions of a lip liner and a full lip color, aiming to reduce the number of products consumers need to carry.
The product features a precision tip for defining the lip line and an angled side for filling in the lips with color. According to the brand, the formula offers a matte finish and is formulated with ingredients such as ceramides, aloe vera, raspberry seed oil, and avocado oil, intended to condition and hydrate the lips. Milk Makeup claims the product can provide up to eight hours of wear, based on a consumer perception study.
The Line + Fill Lip Liner and Lip Color is described as clean, vegan, and cruelty-free, formulated without gluten, alcohol, talc, or microplastics. It also includes a built-in sharpener.
