Milania Giudice Receiving Professional Care After Airport Incident

Milania Giudice, daughter of reality television personality Teresa Giudice, is now under the care of professionals following a public incident at Tampa International Airport involving her family and law enforcement. A spokesperson confirmed Thursday that Milania, 20, is receiving support as she navigates a difficult period, exacerbated by the recent death of her childhood friend, Victoria Zardoya.

The announcement comes after a social media video, reportedly posted by Milania, captured her engaging in a heated exchange with her mother and sister, Gia, at the airport while police were present. In the video, Milania's voice is heard repeatedly speaking in an elevated tone. Her mother attempted to de-escalate the situation, saying, "I love you. I love you," while Gia encouraged her mother to let Milania handle the situation. Milania responded, "Shut the f*** up."

According to reports, police were called to the airport for an "Assist Person" call. CAD logs indicated that Milania had allegedly been recently released from a hospital and was reportedly experiencing "suicidal thoughts/mental breakdown." The logs also referenced a possible Baker Act situation, a Florida law allowing for temporary involuntary mental health examinations.

Page Six reported that a call for assistance was made to Tampa International Airport Police on September 23 at 2:20 PM. Police located Milania approximately 12 minutes later. The issue was resolved, and the family proceeded with their flight. No police report was filed, and no arrest or medical transport occurred.

Milania's father, Joe Giudice, urged for understanding regarding his daughter's current struggles. "Milania is a good girl. She has a big heart, she loves deeply, and she cares enormously about the people in her life," he stated. "She is also young and going through a very difficult period right now."

This incident follows a challenging period for Milania, which included an arrest in May for alleged domestic violence at her mother's New Jersey home. According to a police report, she was accused of throwing items during a dispute, leading to charges of simple assault. She later addressed the incident on TikTok, stating, "It is what it is, s*** happens in life. Just become a better person and talk about it."

Milania is also mourning the loss of Victoria Zardoya, who died in late July at the age of 20 following a fall. Zardoya sustained fatal injuries while exploring historic ruins in Florida.

Teresa Giudice and her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, were prominent figures on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, documenting their legal troubles, including fraud convictions that led to prison sentences.
