Milania Giudice Details Mental Health Struggles, Apologizes for Recent Behavior
The daughter of Teresa Giudice shared a candid video addressing her arrest and family conflict, revealing multiple mental health diagnoses.
Milania Giudice has addressed recent public struggles, including an arrest and a confrontation with her family, in a candid Instagram video. The 20-year-old shared that she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD, stating she is "not ashamed" of her conditions.
"You guys have been seeing the worst times of my life and it has been the worst time of my life," Giudice said in the video posted Monday, referencing her recent domestic violence arrest and an airport incident with her mother, Teresa Giudice, and older sister, Gia Giudice. She described the summer as hitting her "like a bus."
Giudice, a student at the University of Tampa, apologized for not using her platform as she intended and for not presenting the version of herself she desires. "I want to help people in life," she stated, explaining her intention to change her online content. "I want to do better and I’m trying to completely change everything that I’ve been posting."
The reality television personality revealed that she is currently in a treatment center to work on her mental health. "I am bipolar, I struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. And I am not ashamed of any of my mental health disorders and I do work on myself," she said. She concluded the video by blowing a kiss to the camera and captioned it, "be true, be honest, be you."
