Milania Giudice, 20, has broken her silence following her arrest on charges of "causing bodily injury" and "simple assault." The incident reportedly occurred on May 14 in New Jersey, and Montville Township Police filed the case under "domestic violence/confidential." Milania was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, but the outcome of the case remains unknown.

In a recent TikTok video, Giudice reflected on the arrest, stating, "It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it." She added that "s**t happens" and that while people may think they know everything about her life, they do not. She also addressed rumors that her mugshot had leaked, calling the circulated image "AI" and asserting that her actual police photo was "fire."

Earlier this month, Giudice posted a roadside sign on Instagram that read, "None of us sit high enough to look down on anybody. Be humble." She also shared a meme related to her close relationship with her mother.

The alleged incident occurred toward the end of her sophomore year at the University of Tampa. Giudice is one of four daughters Teresa Giudice shares with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice. The family was prominently featured on 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey,' where they discussed past legal troubles, including a fraud conviction that led to prison sentences for both Teresa and Joe.

The Giudices filed for bankruptcy in 2009, leading to a series of legal battles. Joe Giudice, who had lived in the U.S. since he was a year old, also faced scrutiny over his immigration status. After serving his sentence, he resided in Italy while awaiting the results of his deportation hearing. The couple divorced in September 2020.

Teresa Giudice is now married to Luis Ruelas. Joe Giudice later relocated to the Bahamas, where his daughters visit him. In a previous podcast appearance, Teresa Giudice described her ex-husband as "never the one" for her, though she acknowledged their shared children and his agreement that their past is "water under the bridge."
