Milania Giudice Apologizes to Mother Teresa Giudice Amidst Family Turmoil

Milania Giudice, daughter of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, has issued an apology to her mother, Teresa, amid a period of family turmoil. The apology came via an Instagram Stories post that has since expired, where Milania expressed appreciation for her upbringing and directly addressed her mother.

"you are the best. sorry mother," Milania wrote, accompanied by a white heart emoji. This message follows a reported airport confrontation and a period where Milania has been receiving professional care.

The public apology coincides with Milania also extending well wishes to her sister Gabriella for her 22nd birthday. Milania acknowledged causing her sister "through a lot over the years" but expressed gratitude for Gabriella's unwavering support and love. She described her sister as "the best sister I could ever ask for" and "one of the smartest people I know."

This reconciliation and public expression of affection come after Teresa Giudice addressed her daughter's mental health struggles publicly. In a statement, Teresa described the past few months as "incredibly difficult" for the family and characterized Milania's situation as a "vulnerable time." She stated that Milania had experienced "tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma" following the deaths of two close friends.

One of those friends was Victoria Zardoya, who died at age 20 after a fall. Teresa emphasized the profound impact of grief on Milania and her own focus on ensuring her daughter receives "love, family, support, and the care she needs."

Milania's struggles have included a public incident at Tampa International Airport, where police were called. Bodycam footage obtained by TMZ reportedly captured Teresa telling officers that Milania had fentanyl in her system during a prior event, an assertion Milania stated was due to her being "laced" with the drug. Teresa maintained she was trying to "save her life."

Earlier in the year, Milania was arrested for alleged domestic violence at her mother's New Jersey home. The report stated she threw items, and her sister Gabriella called 911, citing her sister's erratic behavior. Milania faced charges of simple assault and causing bodily injury, though no weapons were involved and no injuries were reported. She pleaded not guilty and later addressed the incident in a TikTok video, stating, "It is what it is. S*** happens in life. Just become a better person and talk about it."

Milania's manager and a family friend, Maria DeSantis, confirmed that Milania is receiving professional care and is surrounded by loved ones. DeSantis stated that Milania is a "good-hearted and caring young woman" navigating a challenging period, with the family's focus on her "health, healing and well-being." They hope her openness about her experiences may help others, while also requesting compassion and privacy.

Milania's father and Teresa's ex-husband, Joe Giudice, also urged public understanding, describing Milania as a "good girl" with a "big heart" who is going through a difficult time.
