Milania Giudice, daughter of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, has addressed her recent arrest for assault. In a TikTok video posted Monday, the 20-year-old stated, "It is what it is, you gotta learn from it... Just become a better person and talk about it."

Giudice admitted she was "not in a good area in my life" at the time of her arrest in May. She also addressed rumors circulating on social media about her mugshot, insisting that any viral image is AI-generated. "That ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe. That’s AI," she claimed. "I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of."

Page Six confirmed Giudice was arrested on May 14 for domestic violence and charged with one count of simple assault, according to a press release from Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano. She was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, but no plea was entered.

Giudice concluded her video by reiterating her disbelief that fans would think the alleged mugshot photo was real. "But that’s all I have to say for tonight," she said.
