Milania Giudice, daughter of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, appeared virtually in Montville Township Municipal Court on Tuesday to address charges stemming from her May 14 arrest for simple assault. The 20-year-old was accused of punching an individual with the initials "LR" in the forehead during a domestic dispute at her mother's Montville, New Jersey, home.

During the court hearing, the judge stated that Giudice "did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute… a disorderly person’s offense." Giudice's attorney, Alan Kraminsky, was present for the virtual appearance.

According to the Montville Police Department arrest report, the incident involved Giudice "throwing food [and] candles" during the dispute. Gabriella Giudice, Teresa Giudice's other daughter, reportedly called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. stating her sister was "acting erratically." Police reports indicated that no weapons were involved and no other injuries were reported. Milania Giudice was arrested and charged with one count of simple assault. Court records indicate she has entered a not guilty plea.

Giudice, a student at the University of Tampa, recently addressed the incident on TikTok. She refuted claims that a widely circulated mugshot of her was real, asserting that it was an "AI"-generated image. "I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but I made sure of that," Giudice said in a June 29 video, mocking those who believed the image was authentic.

She also commented on her state of mind at the time of the incident, telling her followers, "It is what it is. S–t happens in life. It is what it is. You gotta learn from it and just become a better person and talk about it." Giudice added that she was "not in a good area in [her] life" and had "been through a lot." She suggested that those commenting on her life do not have complete knowledge of her experiences.

Teresa Giudice shares four daughters—Milania, Gabriella, Gia, and Audriana—with her ex-husband Joe Giudice. The couple divorced in September 2020 after serving prison sentences for federal fraud. Teresa Giudice married Luis "Louie" Ruelas in August 2022.
