Mike Tomlin's Son Calls LeBron James a Liar Amid Rant About Michael Rubin

Mike Tomlin, the former head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers and new NBC studio analyst, has found himself indirectly in the spotlight due to accusations made by his son, Dino Tomlin.

In a recent video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Dino Tomlin made several claims, including questioning his father's attendance at Michael Rubin's annual white party in the Hamptons. He also, without clear connection to the party dispute, called LeBron James a liar.

"My dad claims he was invited to Rubin’s annual white party in the Hamptons and went," Dino Tomlin stated in the video. "I don’t know the validity of that. You know how LeBron be lying a little bit? Like, sometimes that n**** be lying a little bit."

Dino Tomlin further elaborated that while his father claims to have attended the event, he himself was in the Hamptons for the Fourth of July and was unaware of his father's specific attendance dates. He also asserted that his father did not wear an all-white outfit, which is customary for the party.

The rant also appeared to target Michael Rubin, founder and CEO of Fanatics. Dino Tomlin suggested a potential issue stemming from Fanatics' handling of NFL-licensed apparel designed by his mother.

It remains unclear why LeBron James was included in the younger Tomlin's statements, as the rest of his commentary focused on his father's alleged party attendance and his dispute with Rubin and Fanatics.

Mike Tomlin recently transitioned to a career as an NFL studio analyst for NBC, following his departure from the Steelers.
