Mikal Bridges' Real Estate Ventures Include $6M Tribeca Loft and Arizona Sale
The New York Knicks star has made significant property transactions off the court, acquiring a luxury Manhattan residence and selling a high-value Arizona home.
New York Knicks forward Mikal Bridges has been active in the real estate market, acquiring a loft in Tribeca for $5.99 million and selling a substantial home in Paradise Valley, Arizona, for $6.675 million.
Despite the Knicks' current struggles in the 2026–27 regular season, Bridges, who was instrumental in their 2026 NBA Championship win, continues to draw attention. Some commentators suggest Bridges, 30, may be experiencing fatigue due to his consecutive games played streak, which spans his entire nine-year career. He is set to earn $33.5 million in salary for the current season, according to ESPN, not including potential earnings from endorsements and bonuses.
In May 2024, prior to his trade from the Brooklyn Nets to the Knicks in July 2024, Bridges purchased a 5,228-square-foot loft in Tribeca. The flash auction acquisition was facilitated by brokers Nicole Palermo and Ryan Serhant. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence is situated in a building constructed in 1861 and features exposed brick arches. The duplex offers 625 square feet of private outdoor space, 12.5-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, a home gym, a yoga studio, and an office.
Before his Manhattan purchase, Bridges acquired a 7,000-square-foot home in Paradise Valley, Arizona, in November 2021 for just over $6 million, as reported by the Phoenix Business Journal. This five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom property featured retractable glass walls, a chef’s kitchen, and a primary suite with an outdoor shower.
Bridges held onto the Arizona residence until his trade to the Nets for Kevin Durant in February 2023. He listed the home for $7 million in May 2023 and sold it for $6,675,000 cash later that same month.
In July 2025, Bridges agreed to a four-year, $150 million contract extension with the Knicks, suggesting he is likely to remain in New York for the foreseeable future.
