Michael Rubin has clarified that he was not invited to the wedding of pop superstar Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce. Rubin, the CEO of Fanatics, spoke to TMZ Sports after rescheduling his annual Fourth of July White Party, an event typically held on July 3 or 4. The date was moved to Wednesday, July 1, to avoid conflict with the couple's nuptials.
Rubin stated he did not want guests to have to choose between attending his party or Swift and Kelce's wedding. He described the couple as "a great couple" and Kelce as "a great guy."
The White Party, held in the Hamptons, featured a celebrity guest list including Martha Stewart, Travis Scott, Tom Brady, and Alix Earle, with performances by Cardi B and Alicia Keys. Swift and Kelce's wedding ceremony took place two days later at Madison Square Garden in New York City, with an estimated 1,000 guests in attendance. Notable attendees included Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, and Paul McCartney.
Swift's publicist, Tree Paine, confirmed the singer wore a Christian Dior haute couture gown. Austin Swift served as his sister's "man of honor," while Jason Kelce, Travis's brother, was the best man. The ceremony was reportedly officiated by Adam Sandler. An anonymous guest described Swift and Kelce as "completely relaxed" during the wedding, circulating among guests and making them feel welcome.
