Michael Foote Blasts 'Stupid' Castmates After 'Traitors: New Blood' Banishment

Michael Foote, a contestant on Peacock's reality competition "The Traitors: New Blood," has voiced strong dissatisfaction with his former castmates following his banishment in episode six. Foote, a social media creator, was voted out by a combination of Faithfuls and his own alliance, "The Dolls," a decision he deemed "the stupidest."

"Thank God I’m out of that castle. The Faithfuls cannot find their asses with both hands and the Traitors aren’t necessarily nailing it either," Foote stated in a post-elimination interview. He expressed no desire to root for the remaining players, citing a lack of forgiveness and a feeling of betrayal by his alliance.

Foote identified a target on his back from the moment he arrived, due to his existing online presence as a lawyer. "People clocked me as the TikTok lawyer, as that immigration lawyer from Instagram; people knew who I was when I got out of the car, I already had a target on my back," he explained.

He was particularly critical of his own alliance, "The Dolls," which included Abbey Benjamin, Clyde Moser, and Ben McDonnell. While Foote noted a strong friendship with Benjamin, he expressed disappointment with Moser and McDonnell's decision to vote him out, describing it as an "emotionally charged decision that they made out of fear."

Foote also commented on the season's identified Traitors: Tomica Adams, Joe Vanella, and Katie Fites. He remarked on the age of some of the players in the turret, calling it "elder abuse" and humorously suggesting they should sue.

"The Traitors: New Blood" is currently streaming on Peacock, with the first six episodes available.
