Michael Douglas, 82, details a lifelong obsession with sex in his memoir, "One Helluva Ride," attributing its origins to watching uncut footage of Janet Leigh in the infamous shower scene from Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 film "Psycho."
The memoir reportedly includes revelations of affairs that Douglas had previously denied, as well as others that were previously unknown.
The film "Psycho," starring Janet Leigh and Anthony Perkins, is a seminal work in the thriller and horror genres, known for its shocking twists and graphic (for the time) violence, including the iconic shower scene.
