Michael B. Jordan's Former Hollywood Hills Home Lists for $14 Million
The renovated property, once owned by the actor, features a mirrored sauna, professional pizza oven, and sits on a celebrity-favored street.
Michael B. Jordan's former residence in the Hollywood Hills is back on the market for $14 million, a significant increase from his original purchase price. The actor acquired the secluded property in 2019 for $5.8 million and sold it for $6.95 million less than three years later. Following its sale, the home underwent a substantial renovation by its current owners, the founders of Los Angeles design studio Ome Dezin.
The 4,910-square-foot home, situated on just over an acre in Upper Nichols Canyon, is located on Woodrow Wilson Drive, a stretch known as 'celebrity row.' The property boasts four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. The redesign, inspired by the existing architecture and landscape, blends California modernism with restrained Brutalism. Soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows are prominent features throughout the interior, with glass doors opening to the gardens and pool area.
Key amenities include a professional pizza oven, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor kitchen. The primary suite features a fireplace, a corner terrace, and a dressing room, while the primary bathroom is highlighted by a freestanding marble tub and an oversized marble shower. The grounds are landscaped with mature trees and tropical foliage, incorporating multiple terraces, a fire-pit lounge, a sculptural fountain, and a stepped waterfall.
A notable addition is the mirrored sauna pavilion, designed to visually meld with its surroundings. The property also includes a screening room, library, formal dining and reception areas with a bar, and a substantial kitchen. For vehicle accommodation, the estate offers a covered two-car garage and a gated driveway with space for up to ten cars.
The home was originally designed by architect Jeffrey Mills in 1997 and was previously owned by former MTV host Daisy Fuentes. The current owners purchased the property for $5.25 million in July 2025 and have spent approximately 18 months revamping its interiors and grounds.
Woodrow Wilson Drive has been home or linked to numerous celebrities, including Lady Gaga, Robert Pattinson, Niall Horan, Zac Efron, and Will Ferrell. The broader Nichols Canyon neighborhood has a history of celebrity residents such as Ava Gardner, Frank Sinatra, Steve McQueen, Ringo Starr, Julia Roberts, Bruce Willis, Kevin Costner, and Renée Zellweger. Despite its proximity to Hollywood and West Hollywood, the area offers a sense of seclusion with its winding roads and dense greenery.
The property is listed by Charles Derenne, Silke Fernald, and Dominique Madden of Serhant. The asking price of $14 million translates to approximately $2,850 per square foot, representing an increase of about $8.2 million over Jordan's initial purchase price.
