Following the presentation, Templer stated the ring "fits perfectly." However, he may have subtly indicated that it was not a marriage proposal by captioning the post with "next time" and a diamond ring emoji. Fans also noted that the Cartier Love Ring, reportedly costing around £1,500, appeared to be more of a band than a traditional engagement ring.
