Mets prospect Mitch Voit has recently captured the attention of the internet, not solely for his performance on the baseball field, but also for his striking appearance, which social media users have likened to an AI-generated model.

Voit was present at Citi Field on Monday as part of the organization's annual tradition of honoring its top prospects. As footage from his media availability circulated online, users on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) began to comment on his looks.

One user wrote, "I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again: Mitch Voit might be the most attractive person of all time. Dude deadass looks like an AI generated Disney prince." Another comment humorously suggested, "I think the Mets are the first MLB team to use an AI generated prospect."

Beyond his appearance, Voit's performance this season has also drawn praise. A third user noted, "Bro hit his way to Double-A, stole 45 bases and finished the year as one of the Mets’ top prospects... Then he walks into the interview looking like he’s about to leave Citi Field and shoot a cologne campaign. Is this a baseball player or a model? The Mets might have found their future infielder AND their next billboard."

This season, Voit batted .273 across Single-A and Double-A, recording 13 home runs and 59 RBIs. From late May through the end of the minor league season, his performance improved, with a .300 batting average and an .866 OPS.

Voit was selected by the Mets with the 38th overall pick in the 2025 Draft. When speaking to reporters at Citi Field, he discussed his approach to the game, stating, "I’m trying to figure out my strengths in the box and how do my strengths match up against this pitcher? And how can I maximize this at-bat to bring the most value in that moment?"
