Meredith Marks Reveals Secret Facelift on 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City'

Meredith Marks, a prominent figure on "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City," has disclosed that she recently underwent a facelift. The 54-year-old reality star revealed the secret procedure during the most recent episode of the Bravo series, which she has been a part of since its 2020 premiere.

Marks made the admission while expressing her discomfort with spending time with costars Whitney Rose and Britani Bateman during a ski trip hosted by Lisa Barlow. "Seeing some of these women is more painful than my facelift recovery," Marks stated in a confessional. She later confided in friends about the surgery after Bronwyn Newport inquired why she wasn't participating in skiing as much as the others. "Doctor’s orders, I had a facelift like a month ago," Marks explained.

Rose commented on Marks's procedure, noting, "When I saw Meredith at Angie’s house, I could tell something was different. I just couldn’t tell if it was her face or her hair, but I love that Meredith is telling us that she got a facelift... that’s bada**."

This revelation follows a period last year when Marks faced accusations of excessive photo filtering on social media. After posting a selfie with a notably smooth complexion in April 2025, fans expressed confusion, with some claiming she was unrecognizable. In an October 2025 interview with New Beauty, Marks acknowledged her use of Botox, stating she is "definitely a fan of Botox, not crazy heavy Botox, but light Botox. I like to still have a little bit of movement." She clarified that she is not a filler user, despite public perception, and has had any previous filler dissolved. She also mentioned her preference for threads.

Marks has previously discussed undergoing three breast reduction surgeries due to a medical condition causing continuous breast tissue growth. She detailed this on Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea" podcast in September 2024, explaining that her "breast tissue doesn't stop growing." While doctors have not provided an official diagnosis, she suspects the condition is hormonal and genetic, noting that her mother experienced a similar issue. Marks stated she was always meant to have a smaller cup size but has had to accommodate continuous growth, impacting the fit of her clothing.
