Meredith Marks Details Facelift Procedure and Swift Recovery

Meredith Marks, star of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City," has shared details about her recent facelift, performed in February by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garo Kassabian. Marks stated in an interview with Marie Claire that she had no intention of concealing the procedure, explaining that she felt her face had become heavy and she desired a more refreshed appearance.

Kassabian described the surgery as a "bespoke face and neck lift" utilizing both endoscopic and deeper-plane techniques. Marks reported a surprisingly rapid recovery, returning to her DJ tour just 10 days after the operation. She managed to schedule the facelift between tour dates, performing sets in Atlanta, Charleston, South Carolina, and Asbury Park, New Jersey, in late February.

Marks noted that even during a "RHOSLC" production meeting shortly after her surgery, the crew did not notice the changes until she pointed them out. She also mentioned cutting out alcohol and maintaining a healthy diet in preparation for and during her recovery. Post-surgery, she incorporated arnica for inflammation, red light therapy, and copper peptides into her routine to support collagen production.

Filming for Season 7 of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" began approximately four weeks after her surgery, and Marks opted to be open about the procedure with the production team. She expressed satisfaction with the results, stating she feels she looks as she did 20 years ago.

This is not Marks' first experience with cosmetic surgery. She has previously undergone three breast reductions due to a condition that caused her breast tissue to grow uncontrollably. Marks is scheduled to begin another tour on October 1 in Dublin, with additional dates across the UK, Canada, and the US later in the year.
