Actress Melissa Joan Hart revealed that she still receives residual payments from the 1986 film "Crocodile Dundee," even though her scenes were ultimately cut from the final movie.

Hart, who is starring in the new HGTV series "Totally ’90s House," told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” that the payments arrive every few months, though they have dwindled over time. She recalled being around 10 years old when she filmed her unused scenes for the movie.

According to reports from iHeartRadio’s “Too Much Information” podcast, Hart played a young girl in the film who was healed by Paul Hogan’s character after a knee injury in Central Park.

Hart previously discussed her experience of being cut from the film in a 2011 interview with SheKnows, noting the early lessons in rejection she learned as a child actor. "You find that you have a lot of rejection and you learn young that you have to let it go, and if you don’t have thick skin, you aren’t going to make it,” she said.

Hart is well-known for her breakout role as the titular character in Nickelodeon’s "Clarissa Explains It All," which aired for five seasons from 1991 to 1994. She later starred as Sabrina Spellman in ABC’s "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" for seven seasons, from 1996 to 2000.

More recently, Hart has taken on roles in several Lifetime movies. Her latest project, "Totally ’90s House," on HGTV, features ’90s stars competing to modernize a house stuck in that decade. The show, hosted by Jaleel White, includes participants like Jodie Sweetin, Matthew Lawrence, Joey Lawrence, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Brian Austin Green, and Beverley Mitchell, with the winning team earning $25,000 for a charity of their choice. "Totally ’90s House" premiered on HGTV on Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET.
