Meghan Markle's New Lifestyle Brand Launch Features Subtle Nod to England Return
The Duchess of Sussex's As Ever brand has unveiled a new collection, including a teapot with a design reminiscent of traditional English ceramics.
Meghan Markle's lifestyle brand, As Ever, has launched a new collection that includes a porcelain teapot and teacup set featuring a blue-and-white trellis design. The release, which debuted on Thursday, offers a subtle connection to the Duchess of Sussex's recent return to England.
The collection also features a leather notebook, a reed diffuser, and a dog toy shaped like a jam jar. In promotional material shared on the brand's Instagram page, Markle is seen preparing her home for guests, lighting a candle, and setting a table with the new homeware and As Ever's Napa Valley reserve brut champagne.
Markle initially launched her lifestyle brand in 2024 under the name American Riviera Orchard. It was later rebranded as As Ever ahead of the premiere of her Netflix show, "With Love, Meghan," which was canceled after two seasons.
The new product releases come approximately two months after Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, relocated to England with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. A spokesperson for the couple previously stated that the move was to be closer to King Charles, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2024. The Sussexes also expressed a desire for their children to have a stronger connection with their royal relatives.
Previously, the couple resided in Montecito, California, in a $14 million mansion, following their decision to step back from royal duties in 2020. Prince Harry has publicly discussed his hope for reconciliation with his brother, Prince William, noting the complexities of their strained relationship, which has been impacted by public statements and the release of his memoir, "Spare."
