The Duchess of Sussex shared footage of her and Lilibet making jam, highlighting her entrepreneurial spirit and the launch of a new Christmas collection for her brand, As Ever.
Meghan Markle has released new footage showcasing her lifestyle brand, As Ever, featuring her daughter Lilibet making jam. The video, shared on Instagram, depicts Meghan stirring a pot of jam on the stove while the five-year-old princess stirs her own bowl beside her.
In the clip, Meghan asks Lilibet, "What do you think Lili?" to which the youngster replies in an American accent, "I think it's beautiful." The footage is part of a montage celebrating the As Ever brand and comes amid the announcement of a new Christmas hamper.
The promotional video also shows Meghan attempting to eat ten raspberries at once, jars of As Ever jam on a production line, and Meghan in a beekeeping suit at her and Prince Harry's former Montecito home.
Lilibet's appearance is limited, with only her ginger hair and a small portion of her face visible, as the couple continues to request privacy for their children. The montage is set to The Cranberries' song "Dreams" and includes interspersed images of Meghan as a child alongside photos of her own family.
Meghan recently launched a festive range for As Ever, including a Christmas hamper and a chocolate advent calendar available for pre-order in the US. The hamper is described as a wicker basket with a leather As Ever tag, containing peppermint and lemon-and-ginger tea caddies, spreads, flower sprinkles, and scented candles. An earlier hosting set with similar products is priced at $155 (£117).
Reflecting on the success of As Ever, Meghan expressed pride in the company, stating, "Behind every successful woman is herself." She thanked her team and credited a "community of love" and a "squad of support" for the brand's growth. She recalled her own early entrepreneurial ventures, including making and selling scrunchies, selling Girl Scout cookies, and working in various jobs, highlighting her "entrepreneurial spirit."
