Meghan Markle Finds New Routine in UK Amid Family Adjustments

Meghan Markle has adopted a new daily routine since her return to the United Kingdom with Prince Harry and their children, reportedly attending reformer Pilates classes in Oxfordshire. A source told The Sun that Markle, 45, "absolutely loves" the sessions at the private member’s club Soho Farmhouse’s “Wellness Barn,” viewing them as a way to “unwind” and “make new friends.”

A source described Markle as a regular at the classes, noting that she is “chatty and polite” and that other attendees give her space, respecting a “tranquil setting” that allows her peace.

The Wellness Barn at Soho Farmhouse is described as a sanctuary featuring cozy cabins and open fires, offering an escape from daily stresses. The facility includes treatment rooms, ice baths, a sauna pod, and a wellness studio with various classes such as yoga, mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and meditation.

Markle previously engaged in Pilates classes with friends while residing in Montecito, California. She told People magazine in July that she initially felt uncomfortable in classes with many participants but found the routine helped her build community. “We went from just connecting through our kids to having girls’ nights out or doing Pilates together,” she stated.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex relocated back to the UK with their two children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, in August, after living in California for six years. However, their return has been marked by several challenges.

Shortly after starting a new school, their children were reportedly withdrawn due to security concerns related to traffic, and Markle’s phone number was leaked through a parents’ WhatsApp group. Additionally, King Charles III issued a statement emphasizing that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are now “private citizens with commercial and charitable interests,” clarifying their status as non-working royals.

Meghan Markle was reportedly seen having tea with another mother at Soho Farmhouse earlier this month, though she was not photographed at the club. She was later seen with friends Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi at a pub in Oxfordshire, marking her first public sighting since the move.
