Meghan Markle Expands Lifestyle Brand with New Holiday Collection

Meghan Markle's lifestyle brand, As Ever, has expanded its offerings with a second holiday collection, introducing a variety of home goods including tableware, candles, and hampers. The collection, announced via an Instagram video and posts on the brand's official account, features items like a new teapot, table mats, and a two-wick candle.

This latest launch follows the earlier release of As Ever's $148 advent calendar, which marked the Duchess of Sussex's first commercial venture since relocating to the UK with Prince Harry and their children. The new holiday products are currently available for purchase in the United States.

Key additions to the collection include a 'Trellis tabletop collection' with crockery and napkins, a $130 'heirloom handwoven rattan charger set,' and a $98 blue-and-white porcelain teapot. Shoppers can also find a $98 'Penny for Your Thoughts' leather notebook, described as a 'simple luxury for everyday use.'

Megan's signature 'Signature Two-Wick Holiday Candle' is available for $98, with a scent featuring notes of pine, berry, cashmere, and clove. This candle is recommended to be purchased alongside the $410 'Candle Lover's' basket. Among the more premium offerings is the $535 'Library Basket' hamper, which includes a leatherbound notebook, coasters, a card set, a candle, and a matchbox.

The collection also features a $75 'Trophy Chocolate Bar Gift Set,' a collaboration with Los Angeles-based chocolatiers Compartés, the same company behind the brand's advent calendar. Additionally, a $65 'curated' popcorn medley is available in milk chocolate, white chocolate, and salted caramel flavors, topped with Meghan's signature 'flower sprinkles.'

The Duchess's advent calendar, priced at $148, previously drew attention when a British priest promoted a much cheaper, charity-focused alternative. The priest faced backlash from some online supporters of the Duchess, who accused him of criticism.

Earlier this month, Meghan unveiled her first major As Ever product since moving back to the UK: a $112 gourmet chocolate advent calendar. The calendar, described as 'inspired by her Montecito home and garden,' features 24 handcrafted chocolates with flavors including strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and orange marmalade. The product was created in collaboration with Compartés, with details like countdown numbers hand-painted in edible gold luster.
