The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, was observed enthusiastically enjoying a performance by Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine at a charity gala in Victoria, Canada. The event, held on Friday night, honored the David Foster Foundation's 40th anniversary.

While Prince Harry remained seated beside her, the Duchess was captured on video standing and swaying to the music, described by a reporter as 'jamming.' The clip was shared on Instagram by reporter Daniella Atkinson, who captioned it, 'Jamming with the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry to Adam Levine.'

The couple traveled to Canada to attend the gala, which raises funds for families with children requiring life-saving organ transplants. Other performers at the event included CeeLo Green and Loren Allred.

Earlier in the evening, as the couple arrived, Meghan remarked on her husband's fondness for bagpipes. A video showed them walking through a corridor lined with bagpipers, with Meghan telling them, 'My husband loves bagpipes!' Harry humorously responded, 'Where are mine?' and claimed he could play both pipes and drums.

For the event, Meghan wore a black one-shouldered gown by Canadian designer Greta Constantine and accessorized with Princess Diana's diamond-and-sapphire earrings. Prince Harry was seen in a black tuxedo and bow tie. The couple posed for photographs with David Foster and his wife, Katharine McPhee.

Meghan and Harry have a longstanding friendship with Foster and McPhee, having previously attended events together and, in 2019, stayed at a friend's mansion on Vancouver Island arranged by Foster. McPhee, who attended school with the Duchess, has spoken about the close relationship between her husband and Prince Harry, describing them as having a 'really, really beautiful relationship' akin to 'father and son.'
