Megan Moroney's Lock Screen Fuels Christian Pulisic Dating Rumors

Country singer Megan Moroney has added fuel to ongoing rumors of a relationship with U.S. soccer star Christian Pulisic. A photograph taken after the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show revealed her phone's lock screen, which appears to display a picture of Moroney with Pulisic.

The latest sighting is the most recent development in speculation that began in July. At that time, reports emerged of the two spending time together at a Nashville rooftop bar. Further fueling the rumors, a Pulisic fan account shared an Instagram photo showing the American soccer player attending one of Moroney's concerts in Florida with a family member.

The lock screen image, as visible in the photograph, depicts Moroney with her arms around Pulisic. Previously, Moroney's social media posts from a trip to Italy, which included a stop in Milan, the city where Pulisic's club team A.C. Milan is based, also contributed to the dating speculation.

Neither Moroney nor Pulisic have publicly commented on the rumors. Pulisic recently ended a two-year relationship with golfer Alexa Melton. Their breakup became public prior to the World Cup, with Melton initially making accusations of infidelity that she later recanted.

Pulisic has been working to return to form for A.C. Milan after sustaining a bone bruise and microfractures to his tibia and fibula during the World Cup. He was not included in the U.S. men's national team roster for the recent international window as he recovered. Despite interest from MLS club New York City FC, A.C. Milan has expressed a desire to keep Pulisic in Italy. The player's contract with the club expires at the end of the season, though the club holds an option to extend it for another year. Pulisic stated in early October that he is "very happy at Milan right now and for the near future as well" and that he is not thinking about contract renewal but wishes to stay with the club.
