Megan Fox has taken on a new role as the face of an erectile dysfunction medication from the pharmaceutical brand Ro. The actress, 40, appears in a commercial and a photoshoot for the campaign, sporting a form-fitting red catsuit.

Fox told People that she felt she was the right person for the endorsement, stating her desire to "remove the stigma" and reduce the pressure associated with men's sexual performance. She drew a parallel to the societal standards women face regarding appearance and body image, suggesting that men's identity and masculinity are often closely tied to their sexual virility and performance.

"I think we need to remove that stigma and taboo, and educate people — men in particular — that [ED] is actually pretty common," Fox stated.

Fox's last on-screen appearance was in the 2024 erotic sci-fi thriller Subservience, where she played an artificially intelligent fembot. She also lent her voice to Chica in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. Despite her public image and past comments about avoiding explicit content due to her children, she did film a sex scene in Subservience.

In a 2016 interview with Fox News, Fox had expressed that she would not participate in raunchy scenes because of her sons. She mentioned turning down a project for HBO that centered on a prostitute and included graphic sex scenes, which she felt were degrading and unsuitable for her children to ever see.

In April, industry insiders suggested to the Daily Mail that Fox could potentially earn millions of dollars monthly if she were to post her photoshoots on OnlyFans instead of Instagram. Adult star Addyson James estimated that Fox could make over $10 million a month on the platform due to her global reach. To date, Fox has not appeared nude on screen.
