Megan Fox Stars as Personification of Erectile Dysfunction Drug in New Ad

Megan Fox has taken on a new persona as Ro Sparks, the fictional face of Ro's prescription erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment, in a provocative new advertisement for the healthcare company. The campaign aims to make discussions around ED more approachable and less stigmatized.

In the ad, Fox dons a skintight red catsuit adorned with the Ro Sparks logo, embodying the medication itself. "I personally feel like maybe I was born for this. There’s not a better person to have been involved in this," Fox told People in an interview. "Why take something that is already a heavy topic and make it heavier? It already feels serious, so let it feel fun."

Ro Sparks is a prescription ED treatment that contains sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, and tadalafil, the active ingredient in Cialis. According to Ro, the treatment is designed to dissolve under the tongue for faster results.

Fox delivers information about Ro Sparks through a series of playful one-liners in the ad. "If prescribed, I show up right at your door. Don’t worry, my packaging is very discreet," she states at one point. She expressed hope that the campaign's humor will help alleviate some of the shame associated with discussing ED, adding, "You’re not defective. Something’s not wrong with you. You can talk about this. You don’t have to hide it."

Fox mentioned that she and her team initially felt the need to suggest making the campaign more humorous and playful, but found that the creators had already embraced that tone. "We actually had to go back and be like, ‘Maybe we could dial it down a little bit,'" Fox said. "Because they really went for it with some of the jokes and the innuendos, which I love."

This role follows Fox's recent appearances in other attention-grabbing photo shoots, including one where she wore a latex bandeau top and leather chaps. Fox is a mother of four children, including her daughter Saga Blade Fox-Baker with ex-partner MGK, and sons Noah, Bodhi Ransom, and Journey River with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
