McDonald's Trials All-Day Breakfast Return in Victoria
The fast-food giant is testing the popular menu in one Australian state for the first time since 2021.
McDonald's is reintroducing its All Day Breakfast menu in Victoria, Australia, beginning September 30, in a move that could signal a wider return of the popular offering. The trial will allow customers in Victoria to order the full breakfast menu from 4 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. daily, a significant expansion from the previous morning-only availability.
Items such as Bacon & Egg McMuffins, Hotcakes, and the Big Brekkie Burger will be accessible throughout the day, potentially ending the need for customers to rush to meet traditional breakfast cut-off times. Currently, only hash browns are available all day across McDonald's Australia locations.
McDonald's Marketing Director for Australia, Tobi Fukushima, stated that the company is excited to trial the All Day Breakfast in Victoria to offer customers more convenience and choice. The company will monitor customer response to the trial before considering any further expansion of the program.
In addition to the breakfast menu trial, McDonald's is launching a new spicy Nashville-inspired menu nationwide on the same day. This limited-edition range includes the Nashville McCrispy, Nashville McSpicy, Nashville McWrap, Nashville Shaker McWings, and Nashville McShaker Fries. The chain is also introducing a Frozen Fanta Mango drink to complement the spicy offerings.
