Maya Jama Stuns as Mo Farah for Halloween Party After Celebrity Traitors Near-Miss

Maya Jama, host of Love Island, embraced a dramatic transformation for her seventh annual Halloween party in London, impersonating Olympic track and field star Sir Mo Farah.

Jama, 32, who recently narrowly missed winning Celebrity Traitors, shared glimpses of her costume on Instagram. She donned a bald cap, facial hair, and a beard to emulate Farah, and notably borrowed the athlete's actual Olympic outfit and medals for the event.

Jama captioned her post, "This year I wanted to pay homage to @sirmofarah our Olympic champ and all round legend (and I think we look alike lowkey). HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! Can't wait to skin out tonight & thankyou Mo for sending your actual Olympic outfit and real medals hero!!! Let's party".

Sir Mo Farah, 43, is Britain's most successful track athlete, having won double gold medals in the 5,000m and 10,000m at both the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Maya bore a striking resemblance to Sir Mo, 43, who is the most successful British track athlete in Olympic history and the most decorated male distance runner of all time.

Her appearance at the Halloween party follows her elimination from Celebrity Traitors, where she was banished during the season finale. Despite the near-miss in the competition, Jama appeared undeterred, celebrating with her guests.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that the BBC is looking to recruit Jama for new television projects. Sources indicate that the broadcaster sees her as a strong candidate for major shows, citing her intelligence, glamour, confidence, and sense of humor. Jama began her career at the BBC as a presenter for Radio 1.

Jama's role in The Gentlemen, a Netflix series, has also been noted, where she impressed producers with her scripted acting debut, leading to a longer role in the second season. She is currently filming for the third series.

The television personality revealed she had borrowed Sir Mo's Olympic outfit for the party and his real medals.

Despite her success and ongoing projects, Jama was notably absent from a special recording of Celebrity Traitors Uncloaked, the post-finale debrief show. Host Ed Gamble stated she was away filming and sent her apologies.

She ditched her long dark hair for a bald cap and added plenty of facial hair and a beard.

Her absence from the Uncloaked recording coincided with her busy Halloween preparations. The Celebrity Traitors finale itself was watched by a peak audience of 11.6 million viewers, with Faithfuls Romesh Ranganathan and Sebastian Croft ultimately winning the prize money for their chosen charities.
