Max Muncy's Wife Shares Tribute as Dodgers Fall to Braves

Max Muncy hit a home run with two outs in the ninth inning against the Atlanta Braves on Sunday, but the solo shot was insufficient to bring the Los Angeles Dodgers back, ultimately resulting in a 3-2 loss that evened the National League Division Series at one game apiece.

Muncy's wife, Kellie, was in attendance at Dodger Stadium with their three children and posted on Instagram shortly before her husband's at-bat. The post featured the family wearing matching Max Muncy bobblehead t-shirts with the caption, “Keepin’ it 💯 for game ✌🏼🥵”.

Muncy's ninth-inning home run marked his 18th career postseason homer, extending his franchise record. This was the second consecutive game in the series where Muncy hit a home run.

Despite Muncy's offensive contributions, the Dodgers' offense struggled overall in the game. The series now heads to Atlanta for Game 3.

Muncy is one of the few Dodgers players currently performing well at the plate. Fans may look to Kellie Muncy's social media posts for continued support, as her recent tribute appeared to coincide with a moment of success for her husband.
