Matthew McConaughey's Son Levi Makes Catwalk Debut at Vogue World: Milan
The 18-year-old walked the runway in a Prada suit, showcasing a confident stage presence reminiscent of his actor father.
Levi McConaughey, the 18-year-old son of actor Matthew McConaughey and model Camila Alves, made his runway debut at Vogue World: Milan on Tuesday evening. The event coincided with the start of Milan's Fashion Week and was held at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, one of Italy's oldest shopping arcades.
For his catwalk appearance, Levi wore a grey tweed Prada two-piece suit featuring a double-breasted blazer. He layered the suit with a simple beige long-sleeve top and accessorized with shiny black-patent loafers. His brown curly hair was parted slightly to the side as he commanded the audience's attention, encouraging them to clap along. During his walk, he also displayed a dynamic movement, bending backward with outstretched arms.
The event drew a notable guest list, including Jennifer Lopez, Pamela Anderson, Gigi Hadid, and Heidi Klum.
Levi's foray into modeling follows a demonstrated interest in fashion. In June 2025, he attended the Dior show during Paris Fashion Week. He also appeared with his family at the Los Angeles premiere of his father's Apple TV series "Brothers" in September.
Matthew McConaughey, 56, attended the "Brothers" premiere with his wife Camila, their daughter Vida, 16, and Levi. Matthew McConaughey married Camila Alves, a Brazilian model and designer, in 2012. The couple also has a younger son, Livingston, who is 13. The family resides in Austin, Texas, where they relocated from Malibu, California, in 2014.
The theme for this year's Vogue World event was "craftsmanship and the human touch" in the digital age. Anna Wintour, Vogue's global editorial director, highlighted Milan's significance as a European capital for craftsmanship, where heritage and modernity converge with art, literature, opera, and industry.
Vogue plans to explore the "timeless story of Made in Italy" through performances focusing on Italian handcrafts and innovation. Following the runway show, a lifestyle hub called the Vogue Café was scheduled to open at the Palazzo dei Giureconsulti from Thursday to Saturday. Milan marked the fifth edition of Vogue's global fashion spectacle.
