Matthew McConaughey was accompanied by his wife, Camila Alves, and their three children, Levi, Vida, and Livingston, at the premiere of his new movie, "The Rivals of Amziah King." The event took place in their home state of Texas.

The family of five posed for photos on the red carpet. Levi, their eldest son, opted for a casual ensemble of jeans and a button-down shirt. Vida, 16, wore a black dress, while Livingston, 13, donned a suit. McConaughey himself wore a navy blue suit, and Alves chose a chic suit paired with a hat.

The couple first became romantically involved in 2006 after meeting at a West Hollywood nightclub. They welcomed their first child, Levi, in 2008, followed by their daughter Vida in 2010, and son Livingston in 2012. The same year Livingston was born, McConaughey and Alves married.

Last year, McConaughey shared that it was Levi who prompted his decision to marry Alves. He recounted on the podcast “Modern Wisdom” that his then-four-year-old son questioned why his parents did not share the same last name. McConaughey admitted that the question made him realize he was hesitant about commitment.

Following this realization and after seeking counsel from a pastor and other long-married men, McConaughey decided to marry Alves.
